The Intellectual Property Section of the Virginia State Bar is pleased to announce its 2010 Intellectual Property Law Student Writing Competition. Students attending Virginia law schools or Virginia residents attending law school outside Virginia are invited to submit articles relating to intellectual property law or the practice of intellectual property law. All entries must be received by May 29, 2010. The winner receives a $4,000 cash prize and publication of the paper on the section's website.
